| The way I feel, is so unreal |
| It’s messing with my mind |
| My ears can hear |
| My eyes can see |
| but yet I feel so blind. |
| My thoughts keep racing through my head |
| My heartbeat hurts my chest |
| My mouth is dry |
| My palms they sweat |
| A mania, at its best |
| A month, two months |
| Maybe three |
| This craziness takes hold of me |
| The feelings of euphoria encompass me |
| I love the world and all life in it |
| No task is too big to take on now |
| I try to do it all, as much as my body will allow |
| The way I feel can be very unreal |
| At the same time very grand |
| Confusion preying on my mind as bipolar takes my hand. |
